Grime Sweeper Privacy Policy

This privacy policy applies to the Grime Sweeper mobile application (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by KT Applications and Entertainment (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Free/Freemium service. This service is provided "AS IS".

1. Information Collection and Use

The Application collects information when you download and use it. This information may include information such as:

  • Your device's Internet Protocol address (e.g., IP address).

  • The pages of the Application that you visit, the time and date of your visit, and the time spent on those pages.

  • The time spent on the Application.

  • The operating system you use on your mobile device.

  • Device identifiers, including the Android Advertising ID.

The Application does not gather precise information about the location of your mobile device.

KT Applications and Entertainment may use the information provided to contact you with important information, required notices, and marketing promotions.

2. Third-Party Access

Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to help KT Applications and Entertainment improve the Application and their service. The Application utilizes third-party services that have their own Privacy Policies about handling data.

Below are the third-party service providers used by the Application:

  • Google AdMob: Used to serve advertisements (Banner, Interstitial, and Rewarded ads). AdMob utilizes the device's Advertising ID to serve personalized ads based on user interests and location.   • Google Analytics for Firebase: Used to track user engagement, session data, and crash reports to improve application performance. (Firebase Privacy Policy)

  • Google Play Billing Library: Used to securely process in-app purchases (e.g., the "Remove Ads" premium upgrade). KT Applications and Entertainment does not directly collect or store your payment information; this is handled securely by Google.

3. Opt-Out Rights

You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall processes available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.

You may modify your personalized advertising consent preferences at any time by navigating to the Settings or Options menu within the Application and selecting the Privacy Options form.

4. Data Retention Policy

KT Applications and Entertainment will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. If you would like KT Applications and Entertainment to delete User Provided Data that you have provided via the Application, please contact them at [Insert Email Address] and they will respond in a reasonable time.

5. Children

KT Applications and Entertainment does not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13.

The Application does not address anyone under the age of 13. KT Applications and Entertainment does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. In the case KT Applications and Entertainment discovers that a child under 13 has provided personal information, KT Applications and Entertainment will immediately delete this from their servers. 6. Security

KT Applications and Entertainment is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. KT Applications and Entertainment provides physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information processed and maintained.
